The wider catchment area is under the care of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Environment Agency, and we proudly collaborate with them to safeguard this vital ecosystem.

  • Sourcing Locally: All our raw materials are sourced from reputable UK suppliers, and we prioritize local businesses to support our community.

  • Recyclable Bottles: Both our glass and plastic bottles are 100% recyclable. We also bale and recycle all waste plastics, and ensure our pallets are reused or recycled.

  • Comprehensive Recycling: We take recycling seriously—waste PET (plastic bottles), printer cartridges, paper, and cardboard are all recycled.

  • Efficient Logistics: Our drivers are trained to follow the most economical routes, reducing road miles while carrying optimal loads. We also work with local distributors and carriers to minimize our environmental impact.

Nestled in unspoiled landscape, our water springs from natural sources within a certified ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, carefully protected from pollution. Emerging from deep underground, it is naturally filtered through layers of rock and sandstone, where it absorbs essential minerals. Every drop reflects the purity of its pristine surroundings, offering a refreshing taste that embodies the exceptional quality of its origin.

Our Heritage

This area has long been recognized for producing exceptional bottled water. Our local village hall, originally built in the early 1900s, was once a bottled water factory. The water, bottled in glass, was sent primarily to London under the name ‘Hatterrall’, where it was praised for its remarkable quality and mineral content. In honoring this rich heritage and following in the footsteps of our Edwardian predecessors, we have named our brand after the mountain where the spring surfaces—Hatterrall Ridge. Every drop of our water carries the essence of this heritage, offering a refreshing taste that reflects the dedication and respect for nature that has guided our journey.
